Use of the Systemedx FHIR API is subject to the following terms of use. Terms of use may be revised and shall be reflected on this page.
Subject to these Terms, Systemedx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Developer Portal, API, documentation, code, and related materials made available to you on or through the Developer Portal or API in connection with the integration of your products and/or services with Systemedx XNET API. Your use of the API is subject to certain limitations on access, calls, and use as set forth in these Terms and input/output documentation and parameters available in the API reference materials in the Developer Portal. If it is believed that you have attempted to exceed or circumvent these limitations, access and use of the API and API Materials may be temporarily or permanently blocked. All rights not expressly granted in the terms are reserved by Systemedx

You agree that your access to and use of the API and the Materials shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including, without limitation, those relating to kickbacks, fraud and abuse, confidentiality (including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 [HIPPA], and associated regulations) (collectively, “Applicable Law”).
By accessing the Systemedx FHIR API, you assume the risk of liability for, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Systemedx and its affiliates, employees and will defend them from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, damages, claims and expenses (including legal expenses of any kind and nature) arising out of, or relating to, directly or indirectly: (a) any action or omission related to (i) your use of the Systemedx FHIR API or (ii) the development, content, or performance of third party applications developed by you or (b) your failure to comply with any federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations in connection with your use of the Systemedx FHIR API.
The Systemedx FHIR API is provided "as-is" without any warranty whatsoever. Any developer utilizing the Systemedx FHIR API is solely responsible for the quality and perfomance of any applications utlizing the API.
